We value your time and understand that plans can change; therefore, you have the flexibility to cancel your booking up to one hour prior to the scheduled service without incurring any fees. However, cancellations made less than one hour before the requested service will incur a fee of $10. Additionally, please be advised that any damages to the vehicle, including those caused by food, beverages, coffee, or other reasons, will be charged to your account.
