SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CBA Taxi & Ride LLC (“Company”) provides school transportation services for students according to the pickup and drop-off schedule agreed upon with the parent, legal guardian, or authorized client (“Client”).

The Client must provide complete and accurate information before the service begins, including:

Student name

School name

Pickup address (Point of Origin)

Drop-off address (Destination)

Pickup and drop-off times

Emergency contact information

All pickup and drop-off locations must be clearly established and approved before transportation services start.

2. PICKUP, DROP-OFF, AND SCHEDULE POLICY

The Client agrees to respect all scheduled pickup and drop-off times.

Students must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

Delays caused by the Client or student may result in additional waiting fees or an increase in transportation service charges.

Repeated delays or schedule violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

The Company agrees to:

Arrive on time for pickups and drop-offs whenever reasonably possible.

Maintain clean, safe, and properly maintained vehicles.

Provide courteous, respectful, and professional customer service.

Ensure drivers behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are accepted by debit card or credit card only.

All transportation services must be paid in advance.

Charges will be processed one (1) week before the beginning of each transportation service week.

Clients may choose one of the following payment options:

Weekly payments; or

Full monthly payment in advance.

Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services until payment is received.

The Client authorizes the Company to process transportation charges using the payment method provided.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted:

By Email; AND

By WhatsApp message

Cancellation requests must be received at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled transportation service.

If proper notice is not provided:

The transportation charge will still be processed in full.

No refunds or credits will be issued.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate transportation information.

Notify the Company immediately of any schedule changes.

Ensure the student maintains respectful and safe behavior during transportation.

Keep emergency contact information updated.

6. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

CBA Taxi & Ride LLC agrees to:

Provide safe and reliable transportation services.

Maintain clean and operational vehicles.

Employ professional and respectful drivers.

Communicate delays or emergencies as soon as reasonably possible.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and sensitive information shared during the transportation service relationship.

Confidential information may include:

Student names

Home addresses

School information

Phone numbers

Transportation schedules

Emergency contacts

The Company agrees:

Not to share or disclose Client information to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.

To use Client information only for transportation service purposes.

To take reasonable measures to protect Client privacy and information.

The Client agrees not to share private information related to Company staff or drivers without authorization.

Any violation of this confidentiality section may result in immediate termination of services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Traffic accidents

Severe weather conditions

Road closures

Mechanical emergencies

Government restrictions or emergencies

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

Non-payment

Repeated late pickups

Unsafe or disrespectful behavior

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
